Packmate, short film (2022)
Packmate is a short stop-motion animated film created by LA-based animator, Fox Teih. The film features an original soundtrack, as well as inventive foley work and sound design created by Nate Sassoon.
Packmate was released in August 2022, and will be screened as part of the Flip the Script Fest in October 2022. The project was created by a 14-person team, including six artists (Fox Teih acting as the sole animator), three voice actors, and Nate Sassoon as the sole composer, foley artist, and sound designer.
Sentenced to this Vessel (2022)
Sentenced to this Vessel (STTV) was a live, large-scale theatrical collaboration between Nate Sassoon and actor Anzi Debenedetto. Running 110 minutes, the show featured an entire soundtrack of original music by Sassoon, and a series of vignettes cowritten by Sassoon and Debenedetto.
